Dead City
CD
Release Date: November 14th, 2006
In 1991 Connecticut’s forefathers of hardcore Lost Generation celebrated their 10
year anniversary playing a series of gigs with guest guitarist Cheetah Chrome
formerly of The Dead Boys. Following the string of live shows it seemed natural
to get into the studio with Cheetah and lay down some new tracks. By 1992 Lost
Generation had run it’s course so Joe Dias (singer) started to put together a band
to play the music he really wanted to play since he was growing tired of the
hardcore and crossover genres. Joe ended up forming Dead City with guitarist Pugs
(Hatebreed, Iron Cross, Loved And Hated) with whom he shared a common musical
direction. Joe decided to go back to his roots and play a more straight forward 70’s
punk rock sound like the Damned and The Dead Boys. Several sessions were recorded.
The tracks that feature Cheetah Chrome used Joe’s old band Lost Generation as a
backing while other sessions included Todd Knapp (76% Uncertain) and John Munera
(Seizure).
Dead City are planning on doing a small Northeast tour this winter to support the
release of this CD and Yes, Cheetah Chrome will be playing with them!

v/a Connecticut Fun
CD
The long out of print v/a “Connecticut Fun” LP from 1985. The music has been
transferred straight from the original master tapes and digitally remastered. This is the first time this
classic release has been available since 1985 and also the first time it has ever been available on CD format.
There are 36 tracks of raw Connecticut hardcore played by all of the bands that hung out and ran the infamous
Anthrax Club. Recorded in one long weekend session this was then released on Incas Records and sold out shortly
there after.
Now 21 years later it still sounds as vital and important as it did back in 1985. To make a good thing
even better, Incas has also added as CD bonus tracks the entire 1985 Rude Awakening “Teenage Suicide” single
and the entire 1984 s/t 7” EP by No Milk On Tuesday.
With the inclusion of these two historic Connecticut hardcore records as bonus tracks, this CD will also serve
as a discography release for both bands. By coupling them with the Connecticut Fun tracks this
represents all of the original output from Rude Awakening and No Milk On Tuesday.

V/A Up All Night
CD
The INCAS RECORDS Up All Night CD release is a compilation of fourteen of the earliest and most ground breaking bands from Connecticut’s first wave of punk rock. These bands were not only there at the beginning, they were the beginning of punk rock as it has come to be known. The bands styles and sounds are extremely varied ranging from power-pop to
downright in your face fast and aggressive punk/hardcore. This group of 23 tracks has been compiled onto one CD to show the raw talent of the underground
music scene that spawned and thrived in the small cities and towns in the state of Connecticut. Most of the material here has never before been released. This CD marks the first of many up-coming releases...
